I was in a car accident which resulted in a fractured wrist and pinky. I was in a cast for two months which kept my left hand completely immobilized. Upon having the cast removed I had trouble performing simple tasks and I refrained from using my left hand. After receiving therapy I am able to now use my left hand for weight lifting tasks. I feel I am able to use my wrist and finger (pinky) in a lot more of my everyday tasks. The stretches and exercises really help.

I play racket ball four times a week. I also weight train those days. I began to notice pain in my elbow, but just shrugged it off.
