I wanted to be able to wake without pain and dance again. Right away I learned to do some exercise while I stand and walk – the abdominal hallow – and to practice that while I’m walking. It really helps. But then they really put me to work to strengthen the muscles I haven’t used in too long. As soon as it cools off a little mama will see me walking and dancing outside. I will be walking the dog twice a day, even when I don’t have her anymore!
